Compared to the Dr. Bach Flowers, they affect a wider spectrum but are less specific.

A vapor lamp with ethereal oils will provide a supportive atmosphere in a Dr. Bach Flower session.

Evaporating Dr. Bach Flower Essences in such a lamp is of no benefit, however.
